Prepared for Henderson and Las Vegas repair shops

Missed calls,
handled.

Wrenchline collects vehicle and service details from selected unanswered and after-hours calls, checks configured calendar availability, and gives your team a clear call record—without replacing your shop number.

You choose when supported calls forward. Every shop tests before production activation.

The front counter problem

The phone does not stop because the bays are busy.

A customer needs service. A fleet partner has a question. A supplier needs a response. When everyone is occupied, raw voicemail leaves someone replaying and sorting every message later.

Wrenchline turns selected calls into structured next steps for an authorized shop user.

How it works

Your line. Your rules. A clearer callback list.

  1. 01

    Keep the number customers know

Use a supported conditional-forwarding rule from the shop's existing carrier. The owner or authorized carrier account holder controls the change.

  2. 02

    Collect a consistent intake

Customer calls capture bounded vehicle, service, safety, situation, and requested-timing details. Business callers can leave a business message.

  3. 03

    Review what needs attention

Authorized users see a concise shop-specific brief with the vehicle, service reason, requested timing, appointment history, and honest transcript or recording status.

What your team gets

Useful intake without pretending to run the repair shop.

Useful call records

Structured vehicle, service, and scheduling details make the next step easier to understand.

Shop-specific access

Calls, settings, usage, and notifications remain scoped to the authorized shop.

Notification support

Authorized devices can receive alerts after setup and permission are complete.

English with Spanish handoff

The supported flow can recognize a Spanish-language request and provide the configured handoff; it is not represented as perfect bilingual coverage.

Founder-assisted launch

Start with a controlled test—not a leap of faith.

Founder-led setup covers the shop profile, controlled test calls, owner access, notification checks, and a separate production-activation handoff.

Wrenchline shop plan

$149/ month

Includes 200 agent minutes each paid month and a 7-day free trial

  • No automatic paid overages

Clear boundaries

Your team stays responsible for the repair relationship.

No diagnosis. Wrenchline collects intake; repair professionals provide service advice.

No automatic promise. Requested timing is presented to the shop for review.

No emergency service. Wrenchline does not replace 911 or roadside emergency services.

No false media state. Recordings and transcripts can be processing, available, or unavailable.

Questions shop owners ask

Know what you are testing.

Do I need to change phone companies or my advertised number?

No. Wrenchline is designed for supported conditional forwarding from the number and carrier you already use. Your authorized carrier account holder controls forwarding.

Does Wrenchline book appointments?

Where the shop enables a supported calendar, Wrenchline can check openings and place a tentative hold for shop approval. The shop remains in control of confirmation and changes.

Can we test before going live?

Yes. Configuration stays disabled while the founder and shop run controlled tests. Production activation requires a separate checklist and explicit approval.

What happens after the included 200 agent minutes?

Wrenchline does not create automatic paid overages. New supported calls move to recorded intake until the next allowance period or a separately agreed plan change.

Does Wrenchline guarantee recovered jobs or revenue?

No. It helps document and organize selected calls. Outcomes also depend on call volume, customer intent, shop availability, pricing, and the shop's callback process.
